Chadwick was really thorough at fixing my dryer. He was easy to get a hold of and affordable. Very knowledgeable and has parts on hand. The day after he fixed my dryer it wasn't working. He cam right over and found out it was my cord that got knocked half way out creating only 110 vs 220. He even cleaned my dryer vent pipes for no extra charge. I would highly recommend him.

I'm so glad I called Chad to repair my dishwasher. He was right on time and found out a part needed to be ordered within a short time of being here. He said he needed to order the part and was going to look for the lowest price to help me and him. A week later, he came back with the part, and my dishwasher is running like it should again. His rates were very reasonable! If I had gone with another place, I would've paid at least double, if not triple, of what he charged. I highly recommend Chad and will definitely have him back if we have other appliances needing work.

My dryer went out on me, and I called Chad at General Repair on a Friday. He adjusted his schedule to squeeze me in the next day, and on a Saturday no less! Fixed my dryer same day, showed me the problem areas, and didn't try to upsell me or charge an arm and a leg. I'd give him 6 stars if I could, thanks Chad!
